WOW... this let me down alot!!!
about 7 months ago i would consider myself in shape.... everyday i would run 3 miles and participate in sports like basketball with my friends in my college gym. I was a go 145 pounds at a height of 5' 8".
Then i moved.... i quit school for a month and did NOTHING for 7 months... NOTHING... infact i started work at radio shack and only ate fast food for the period. My co workers were absolutly disgusted at how much i ate and yet at the same time was still thin.... I even started SOME CASUAL SMOKING....
even though i was thin i felt horrible.... Anytime i stand up after lying down for a bit i would feel light headed. Anytime i simply run up a flight of stairs i would breathe heavily....
Now i went for the ultimate test... i decided to go back to my routine of 7 months ago... tonight i just went on the tread mill and ran. I ran for SIX MINUTES and i was running out of breath... i was weezing!!!!
guys... how long will it take for me to go back to were i could easily run 3 miles a day? i quite smoking about a week ago... it was really easy.... I was never addicted to the thing.... it was only casual....
i feel like i should give up... I feel horrible now.... i feel like a fat ass... I used to have stamina when i played b-ball....
