when it comes to natural runners their majority of time tall and lanky. longer legs meen longer stride more ground coverage then shorter legged.

yea i can vouch about the stride, i fondly remember back in the day the little short guys trying to keep up with us long legged runners and theyre huffing and puffing and legs rpm is about twice what mine was and as a result they breathed harder then me from the extra exertion to keep up.
