Default Leveling With Flat Feet

Author Kathleen Bauer explains: Flat feet don't necessarily preclude you from running. But they can cause you some trouble if you're not careful. People with flat feet are more prone to injury than other runners. Understanding your feet and wearing proper running shoes can help you with your jogging.

It's important to get professionally made molds; because it's not about getting added support, or anything that could be fixed by insoles. The point is to correct the way you walk. When you have flat feet, the weight of your body collapses on the inside of your foot. That causes your alignment to get screwed up, which results in (among other things) foot pain. Wearing the molds teaches you to walk on the correct part of your foot.

Unforutnatley, there is nothing you can do to eliminate the problem entirely. Exercises that strengthen the ligaments will help, but if you're an adult with flat feet, they're gonna stay that wy for life.
