What race will you run in 2009?
If you're feeling like money is tight what races will you go to this year? sticking local? or cutting back to a few big ones or just that one special one?
My fave is Big Sur Intl. If i could pick just one that would be the one. Does anyone know how much fire damage there was last year?
A good one coming up for the winter is Austin. Course and sponsorship changes along with travel cost will make this one tough for me.
I qualified for Boston at Portland in October but don't think i want to deal with the expense and travel. NYC is also a pain because you never know if you're getting in. The one big city east coast race i want this year is Philly. What else is out there? Any suggestions for the south?
As far as vacation races like Hawaii or Disney or whatever i think they are totally out of the question. And forget about overseas. Just too worried about spending those extra dollars on travel.
