I love these, I got some to help with cravings, I eat a few only but they are so natural and taste good.

I also like the Kashy honey sesame ones which are also pretty good readings for dieting, they kinda taste like baby or animal crackers and the small little sweet bit helps with my cravings but I only have a few, 2-4 at most. Of course my carbs are slowly decreasing still, until I get to a few weeks out and then I will see how I look and go from there, either stay low until a week out then carb up or lower/increase as needed.
