Default Why am I shaking

Erro!

I just found out I was allergic to wheat! (I'm so damn nerdy!)

Anywho!

Today, its about the 5th day since I cut out wheat, and I cant seem to stop shaking! Is it because of my diet change? What should I take to stop it? or is it completely unrelated?

xxx

Truly, this is something you should consult a doctor on.
Each persons body chemistry is different and what effects one oneway,
effects another total differently. And taking advice (no matter how well
intentioned) from someone not familar with you and your everyday health,
is . . . well . . . not the best thing to do. See a Doctor, a herbalist someone
versed someone who (if for no other reason) can be held responsible for
their advice.
My two cents.

Do you feel weak? dizzy? light headed? excessively hungry? Feel overly hot, cold, or a transition of both?

Have you totally cut out carbs, as in is it <10% of your diet?

Does it go away or greatly decrease if you drink a bit of fruit juice, or soda? (I know, diet diet, but have half a glass of apple juice and see if you feel better)

It sure seems like your blood sugar level is out of wack due to the diet change and your body is unsuccessfully trying to compensate.

I noticed long ago that if I get very lean, my body suffers more extreme blood sugar level changes and it can make for some serious ups and downs. I had to be very cautious of what I ate, and when to keep from getting very sleepy and then getting a crazy sugar rush on the rebound. Around 12% b/f my body stabilizes and isn't as quirky.

I have been told it's just a genetic thing and that *I* am just not meant to be that lean. Oh well, what can ya do.
