No comments on this one so I guess I'll take it. I was a bit skeptical about this line when it came out as well. I sell supps so I get to see a lot come and Ive seen a lot go. Not sure if this line will stay but it does have potential. To start off with its an Iovate product.
For those of you that don't know Iovate is also the company that now owns Muscletech. Muscletech isn't the company that it used to be. When Iovate bought them out a while back they started switching all their products over to the 'hardcore' formula then actually started coming out with new products which was a great idea as Muscletech had stayed with their basic core products forever and never did much than advertise a crap load, Iovate did keep up with that part of Muscletech's strategy. That's why even though M.A.P. is a new line they already have the money to advertise out the wha-zoo!
The protein - Freak Fix : A friend of mine said it tastes great, haven't tried it myself. My problem with it - it has corn syrup solids in it, not great for you but it probably does make the taste better..
The Thermo - Arson: Now this one is the only one of their products I have tried. I like it. For my bodytype it gives me great energy without the crash. No appetite supressent effects for me and from what I've read none are intended. Myself plus another guy have noticed we actually get more of an appetite.
The N.O. booster - Altered State: A buddy from the gym tried it and he said it was awsome for him. Great pump and great energy. It should. They hooked caffine with it and Yohimbe too if I remember correctly.
Post workout - Anabolic O.D. : This is their creatine formula. Looks pretty standard with some insulin mimickers and amino blend. Heard through a guy that his friend thought it was great. I really prefer to hear it from the horse's mouth but that's all Ive heard on it - not much.
Seems like they have a decent couple of products but I dont like the carcinogens they hook into the mixes.
I will tell you that protein prices are going up, up, up. The 'guys up stairs' say its due to rising milk costs, which I know personally can be driven up with higher gas prices, and with it reaching $100 a barrel you can bet that really hurts.
Hope that helps a little Nick.
