Default Eggs,do they have to be raw?

I usually take 4-5 raw eggs(I swallow them)during the days of workout. But ehy have some side effects:
They cause gas,and sometimes I amlost throw up(maybe becayse I swallow them?)
If I boil them, will it matter?Or its the same as eating them raw?

Is there anything better or similar in protein.carbs to take instead of eggs?

oh man, who the hell cares if there is any difference... for your own sanity boil them...

i usually just separate the egg from the yoke and pan fry the egg whites on a non stick pan, not putting butter or pam or anything on the pan

I don't remeber where I read it but I am very sure that there is no difference between cooked and raw eggs, however there is a risk of some type of bacterial poisoning if you don't. I can't quote exactly what it said because I read it so long ago but that was the jist of it.

The yolk is better raw, the whites are better cooked.

Egg whites contain avidin which bind to biotin and can make you deficient in this B-vitamin.

Also I believe cooked eggs are 91% bio available, raw are more like 51%

Don't eat raw eggs! I did that for a few years and got away with it. But one day I got deathly sick. I believe I contracted the Salmonella bacteria from the uncooked eggs. Not worth it! Just cook 'em!
