Default Question about supplements and cutting.

Hello again EF,

I understand that I have not been around lately whats so ever...no excuses. However, that doesn't mean I have not been working hard these past months. Recently, I have put on probably 20 pounds since I began my bulking period, using Scivation's diets ( which i recommend everyone taking a look at and reading their valuable e-books).
Now, down to the point. After my power lifting meet this saturday I plan on changing my diet, adding cardio, and dropping my body fat level. At the age of 17, I am currenty at 192 pounds at 5 feet 11 inches with around 13- 15 percent body fat. Though that seems a lot, im still decently lean. However, its time to cut down to about 8 percent. Though I know im going to lose muscle mass, thats a given, I would like to supress the amount of mass lost.
My question to you EF, what supplements are essential during a cut and what " fat burner" is most popular to bodybuilders who plan to lean out before a competion. I know diet is the key, but...its always nice to have some helpers...right.
Thanks to those repliers for your time.

Yeah, I read that post about the ECA stack but...kinda confused on what makes up the stack as well as what exactly is ECA. I have a general understanding however, I need more depth.

kinda hate to print it since this info has been repeatedly asked and reposted so many times, i will just point you in the right direction and give you search clues to use. search eca stack and username side put falconfootball. he has posted so much info as everybody else but one of his posts he had it broke down pretty good.

heres a link with some info for you to look at
http://www.healthpsych.psy.vanderbil...#_what_are_the
contains the ephedrine and caffeine minus the aspirin wich baby aspirin is an adequate dosage.
just about any GNC or retail store has been able to restock hydroxycut since made legal again. its not a pure form of ephedrine obviously but the other ingredients if studied are also beneficial towards fat loss.
i put up a link but it failed. if want 2 you can type in "hydroxycut contents" on google and you can find the page manually.
heres another link Ephedra Diet Pills and Fat Burners - [Supplements & Vitamins]
