Wheatgrass HELP!

I got a wheatgrass juicer, just bought a tray of wheat grass.
Now what.......?
1) How long does the tray last?
2) Do I need to water them?
3) Do you keep them in a cooler shady area or what?
4) What amount do I cut off to make an oz?

Wheatgrass drinker, but virgin maker!!!
