How much protein?
I know that your body can take only so much protein at once and if its to much it will be wasted. So my question is how much is to much at one time....

Generally it is believed that the body cannot absorb more than 25g of protein in one serving...anything more is said to be a waste.....

It depends on your goals and your body makup, your workouts, etc... I dont pay much attention anymore after hiring a professional to lay out my diets and workouts, another for my girlfriends. We were both given guidelines to eat every 2-3 hours, log your food and keep your macronutrients as close to 40% carb 40% protein and 20% fats as possible every day.
I recall you saying you are trying to lose weight. Most people would put you on a high protein moderate fat and low carb diet with lots and lots of cardio. This is great, it does lose weight, but not all bodyfat, lots of muscle and other tissue shrink as well causing the scale to change dramatically. As it took me years to learn, I prefer people take extra time and try to lose bodyfat and not weight. You need carbs for energy, choose them wisely like 4oz of potatos, rice, yam, oatmeal. Keep fats good and clean, fish, fish oils, peanuts, almonds, use olive oils to cook with etc.. Proteins, try and get them from foods as much as possible, egg whites, turkey, bison, tuna, etc..
Hit the weights hard and heavy, hit the cardio afterwards for at least 30 min with the heart rate in the fat burning zone, usually around 124 for 30 year olds. Go 45 min if you can. You'll see your body change in a matter of months for the better, the scale may not, but the body fat will.
If your body can tolerate it, add a thermo in the mix. Ive seen Ephedra and caffine work well, ive seen hot rox work well. Ive seen Clenbuteral work well, and clen with t3 work well. Each of these (some illegal) have negatives as well, not everyones body can tolerate them. Its honestly trial and error, try 1 pill see if you get the shakes, then try 2, try twice a day etc..
Anyway, this is my advice, take it or leave it. Not so many shakes and bars/meal replacements and more real food meals. Macronutrients 40/40/20. Long cardio after a rigorous weight session.

Thank you. I did buy some almonds yesterday. I would rather lose the fat than the weight......Its a win...win..also This is what I should be taking in according to my weight.....
Calories~1548
Protein~129
Fat~51.6
Carbs~141.6
What do you think? To high to lose to lose the fat?

that looks pretty close, so long as you are doing the cardio. That ratio is working for me and its working very well for my girlfriend as well. Its also what a lot of the old school bodybuilders used to use for their diets as well according to their books.

Another question....I am going to be going to the gym twice a day (for most days) for a month and I want to just do cardio...45~60 minutes each visit. I then want to start working out 3 days a week after the first month. I am thinking this will jump start my leaning down process? What about this?

changing your diet and doing the cardio alone will jumpstart your metabolism to burn body fat. What kind of workouts are you planning with the 2 a days? Both cardio? 1 weights 1 cardio? I know you are eager to get going and see results, i had to be told this many times, it took me 20+ years to pack on all the fat, i cant expect it all to come off in 6 months.
I think 2 of the same workouts in 1 day is not effective. Your body needs time to rest and recoup whatever was worked that day.

I think if you are just doing cardio 2x day you are seriously gonna put yourself in a catabolic state.....muscle increases your metabolism...more muscle = more potential to burn baby burn....I'd start lifitng ASAP....you're not gonna get BIG, but you will get tight!

true true lizzy, you can lift heavy as hell for years and years at this point and you wont look like any of the bodybuilders you see without some sort of enhancing products. Dont get that "i dont want to be huge i want to look toned" crap in your head like some people do, dont worry you wont. You cant even see muscles until you shed the body fat.
