Default Protein Bar help

I am trying to find a good protein bar to help me build muscle, but I am also trying to cut my body fat down from 16%, so I wanted to avoid something with a lot of sugars and other bad stuff. I have been eating Oh Yeah protein bars, which have the nutrition info shown below. Is that a good bar for me? 380 cals seems like a lot for a bar with 26g protein. Is there a better choice for me?

That's a lot of fat and calories. You might just invest that $$$ into some good turkey or chicken!

THanks for the reply.

I didn't realize I posted in the women's section. I am going to repost this in the general training section, as the question refers to men's nutrition .
