Diet 9-1-1 Question....
I was just wondering how you guys deal with this sort of situation:
You know how we try to get inour 5-6 (or more) meals a day? Well what diet 9-1-1 measures do you all take when your day falls right off the rails, and you aren't able to, for whatever reasons, get in all of your meals?
It does happen to me from time to time and I usally quickly down a protein shake w/1tbsp p.b and a banana.....within an hour of consuming this concoction I resume a regular meal....even if it's the end of the day....it's my damage control.
Now what's yours?

wow, you look great, nice shot!!! You look so nice and slim..............btw, I do the shake thing too, but many of my clients will find a grilled chicken somewhere hold whatever comes with........like hold the bun or ceasar or wahtever and some do wendys, grilled chicken miinus the bun and stuff.....

Those are also great ideas!! I'm used to 'roughing' it per se, and being on the hwy in between here and there with nothing but bush country on either side, when I do my damage control shake, lol!!
