Cheat DAYS ???
Hey guys! Was wondering since I am now able to have 2 cheat days a week with this month's plan.....what you all do for a cheat DAY?
I'm asking b/c I'm a little hesitant about how 'allout' I should/could go. Basically I am eating mostly according to plan for the day, but allowing myself whatever indulgence I may feel I wish for (licorice, wine, fries, chips...frivolities mostly). My goal is still to gain some LBM, without gaining too much b.f.....
Looking for some inspiration......TIA.

YOU WANT A GOOD CHEAT I'LL GIVE YOU A GOOD CHEAT......And it's got CHEESE!!!!
Walnut Mascarpone
Apple Stuffing
6 ounces mascarpone, well chilled
¼ cup brown sugar, not packed
1 ounce chopped walnuts
½ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp honey
1 pinch nutmeg
toast walnuts and set aside to cool. In a medium mixing bowl combine all ingredients except the walnuts. Fold until smooth, reserve for later use.
Prior to service, fold walnuts into mascarpone
use with fresh cut or cinnamon baked apples
Professionally tested and guaranteed. Sorry about the chef jargon. It's so simple but soooooooooo good. my professional opinion...
