wish more people took this seriously. Eating without tracking is like putting gas in your car with a broken gauge and having no idea if you have enough or too much. That is way most fail and give up.

Tell me about it, lol!! I get a kick out of people who stare at me with that blank blinking stare when I talk about food being fuel....is it REALLY such a foreign concept??

I admit to being one of those people who never kept track. Now that I am doing so, it REALLY let me know what I needed to clean up. It also lets me know just how much more I can take in throughout the remainder of the day.

In the beginning it was tough. Everywhere I turn there is a fat laden sugar filled morsel just waiting to be popped in the mouth. Keeping track showed that all those incidental french fries I was grabbing added up to about 300 extra calories a day.
