Master Clense
what're your thoughts on it?
My friend said I would have to stop any workout activity during the whole 10 days we were thinking of doing it, as I wouldnt be getting the nutrition I need to sustain that energy/lifestyle during that time.
Any red flags about this 'clense'? I've heard mixed things.
I tried to serach for it in previous threads but didnt see anything... might have been searching wrong :/
Thanks for your thoughts!

from what i read/hear on talkshows from so called experts, all of the info available is just as you said, mixed
The homeopath's really love it and i honestly believe there is something to what they preach, i implement a lot of their blood type diet and have seen some of it work well for people i know.
If your goal is to gain muscle, the detox would be a tad of a setback because it seems to be mostly a liquid vegetable diet for 10-30 days, you will burn off some muscle, no way around it.

Hey...whats involved in the Flu bug clense!? Simply dying in your bed form aches and pains whilst sweating???
If so, I do that regularly! Goddam cold climate!
