Default Chips, Starbursts, Icecream or Chocolate Milk?

OK, so I've been on a health trip the past few weeks (since I got involve with a local gym) but I've still got a lot to learn about nutrition.

I'm generally a very motivated person with great self control and dicipline, but right now I'm in a place where my day-to-day life for me is full of psycological challenges (job related and location/culture/language related).
Anyway, I allow myself treats from time to time- it's my reward for not throwing in the towel over here and bookin the next ticket back home to my fiance, lol. So I've decided that dispite knowing they're not good for me, some treats may remain.
That being said, I'd love to know the lesser of the evils:

the small size bag of chips- not a USA brand, but the closest i could compare would maybe be Funions.

a scoop of icecream- no name brand, but it doesn't taste crazy creamy like Ben n Jerries.... and it varies between chocolate/vanilla/coconut. Never know which it's gunna be till it's in my hand, lol

fruit crews- they're basically like Starbursts. I'd read the nutritional facts, but they're not in English. A 'treat' would probably be about 6 of um while watchin a movie.

Chocolate milk- it tastes like regular milk (not low fat), but again, I cant read it. I'd ask someone, but no one speaks English either. It's about juice-box sized.

So which of these is the lesser of the evils?
I really appreciate any knowledge you can share with me. I know right now that to keep me motivated, I've gotta give myself a little break here and there for sanitys sake, so I figure I should just do that in the best way possible.

Off to my workout now- bye and thanks so much!

Depends on your goals I guess.........pick one treat, have one serving, do it ONE time/week and it shouldn't be harmful. However........CAUTION SIGNS........for using any sort of food as a reward system on a daily basis throughout your day and you'll see no improvement whatsoever, and you'll be a very slippery slope......sugar=devil's food!

Could use your chocolate milk post workout, but only if you are training intensely. If you are only dibbling in your workouts, not really pushing yourself the chocolate milk will just be on your waistline.
