yohimbe tree bark

the bark is extracted from a yohimbe tree cooked and then named
yohimbine,the tree is found in western Africa and grows about or
up to 90 ft tall,its used as a medicine for different things and does
have side effects but Ted Arcidi the first man to bench press 700
lbs,705 actually advertised and swore by its strength gains,just
wondering if anybody used it or if its still available,it came in a
bottle with a dropper and you would drop it under your tongue
and keep it there for a minute,again just wondering if anybody
else has heard of it or used it,I tried a few bottles in the day and
had moderate success on the bench press.

I've heard of it, never tried it. A buddy of mine used it while in in University whenever he had to write a paper, or thesis or exam time.....wasn't even a gym rat.
