Tribulus
What do you fello lifters think about Tribulus. I have been looking for a testosterone booster but don't know what to take. Please help to decide, or let me know if any of them are worth anything.

you know I tried it for a few months and I can't really say it did much. Nothing to warrant the expense for a few bottles of the stuff. Save your money and just spend more time lifting.
Is it proven that ZMA increases natural testosterone? I tried it and had crazy ass sleep but also some fucked dreams I might go back on it though to get the good sleep.

I think the same can be said for most of the "magic" supplements that pop up through the years. Creatine is about the only one with proven results.

Anabotrx
These guys have a good product in ANABOTRx. A complex blend works much better than simple Tribulus. Have had good luck with it.

You need to supllement with tribulus for a long time. There are alot of shitty tibulus product out there. The research says it is an effective supplement at increasing Leutinizing Hormone, wihich then stimulates test production.

you need to make sure that you get a trib supplement that is standardised for at least 20% protodioscin, which (apparently) is the active component of tribulus. Or at least has the greatest LH stimulating effect. I tried stacking it with 6oxo and zma and had some decent results....will be doing it again soon so I'll keep you posted.

Thatīs all? Everybody just FEELS like this or that, something or nothing? Doesnīt anybody let their amounts of testosterone measure before, during and after? That would be the only way to find out, if it really works for a person or not. Statements which are based solely on guessing donīt seem very reliable to me. I will try some products on myself after a shopping tour at the FIBO in Germany ...

I'm sure you are correct about the value of measuring T before and after, but I don't really feel like paying for the tests.

at the price of dhea being rather cheap under 10$ a bottle in most places you can supp with that and that in effect is giving your body 25 to 50 mg test a day. 50mg is the most a persons body can utilize a day and its really aimed more towards late 20's and older. i use it and can tell its made minor changes.

Not even for your health? Isnīt it all about that? I paid about 100 bucks for the knowledge that I range in the lower T-ranks. (2,98 ug/l)
So, it can only get better, I guess ... ;-)
