The previous comments are right on target with respect to calories. A stimulant/thermogenic like Ripped Fuel is not going to do anything unless your diet and training are sound.

Once you have diet, calories, and training in check, a thermogenic + Green Tea + Fish Oil + SesaThin is a very effective stack.

Thats like a "Save our Supplement" statement.

Ephedra can be interesting, I remember taking some yellow jackets and going nuts. I also know that Ephedra was a big filler for MDMA (ecstacy) and is why a lot of people felt speedy, but you can find out more about that on www.dancesafe.org if you are curious.

As far as the Ripped Fuel goes, I think it is great for the price. There are a lot of products out there that are very expensive. Before you know it, you are spending like 10 bucks a day on supplements, and that can be very pricey. I got into ripped fuel because they had the 96 caps for like 15 buck sale or something at GNC. I tried Hydroxycut and got about the same for more money. So I went back to Ripped Fuel. I'm currently trying the Extreme, and I can tell a difference.

I'm currently taking the GNC Mega Man Sport tablets to make sure I'm getting all the necessities and Ripped Fuel Extreme everyday. I eat a decent balance diet and have cut out a lot of alcohol (which is great, cause now my tolerance is getting low). I also take Glutamine, Creatine, and Protein during my weight days, and do some form of training everyday (cardio or weights). I think that as far as getting cut, some of these other influences may be whats helping out a lot. However, I do know that the Ripped Fuel has been giving me nice energy doses throughout the day, and feel it kick into overdrive if I add green tea or something. Depending on when you take it, you can feel it kick in during training too. Definitely helps on the cardio, sometimes even feeling more energetic after spending 30 mins on the elliptical.

So in all honestly, for the price, I would recommend it.
