Default Best brand of Creatine.

I am about to invest some of my hard earned cash in creatine, does any body know which brand of creatine is the best (a must buy). Is anyone familiar with Cellucor?

I think hyper growth by NXcare should be ok also prolabs Xpand, but a friend of mine was taking some good stuff with akg in it, Ill try and find out what its called. I donno always hear that muscle tech costs to much for what its worth but price shouldent matter when it comes to quality.

one thing i dont ususlly moan about is price (unless its too ridiculous) because when supplementing you need to understand that you are doing this on your OWN BODY and so there really shouldnt be any cost too high for the best quality

celltech I can recommend as i've taken it personally and its bloody good. As you guys know the key is to get it to into your bloodstream and your muscles fast - so any creatine mix that has sugar (dextrose etc) in it will be much more effective than plain creatine powder.

The creatine my friend was taking is called trac, if your not found of alot of sugar try it out. but i'm just gonna go with a after workout creatine like celltech or hyper growth.

Is this true? So i should be looking for creatine which contains dextrose?

Yes. It's transports more effectively to your muscles.

I go the cheap route. GNC Creatine Monohydrate added to Gatorade during my workout.

EAS Phosphagen HP - http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/eas/phoshp.html

Amazing product. I used it before with amazing gains and am about to use it again in conjunction to MRI No2 and Dynadrol (Legal Test jump-starter)

Tastes great too.

Im just trying Shredded mass by pinnacle, so far its been good with unusual mental focus and higher toleration with more weights. Maybe 10lbs increase depending on exercise.

However I warn you, your farts will reek of death. I cant bare the smell. Maybe I shouldnt take some after the work out and only before. But lemme tell you, if you wanna get back at a friend through the nastiest stank in the world. Try it out.
