yeah creatine is ok i guess. Not like al the hype describes. Like all the supplement store throw it at u. Unless ur using creatine ephelester (most likely not spelled right) ur gonna put on a good deal of water weight. Around 5-7 lbs and it will come in around the 5th or 6th day. Pretty much bloats everywhere face, neck, etc.. As with douchebag i would reccomend protien or even a weight gainer like Nlarge. It has plenty of protien and calories to get u bigger.

Seems like diet is your issue right now (depending on your height). Either way, a nice weight gain shake would do you good. I just picked up some Prolab NLarge2 because all of the good things I've heard about it. I've just dented the bucket, so I can't tell you too much about the results. Chocolate ain't bad tasting though

NLarge2 works great... I used to use it... But 4 scoops is one serving so I took 2 sccoops at 2 different times in the day, and I would go through the bucket very fast. It's fairly pricy so I've been using this cheaper protien powder that I've had stashed in the back of my cupboard.
I'm thinking of going out and buying some GNC Mega Mass Gainer... Has anyone used it before?

I wouldn't worry so much about the creatine right now. Total daily protein for your weight should be about 210 grams (140lb X 1.5) assuming you want to make gains. Figure out how much you're getting from your regular diet (hopefully as much as possible) and supplement the rest divided into atleast two servings. I see you only mentioned benching and curls, don't forget about your legs, back, shoulders and triceps.

in my honest opinion i would take Nlarge...The other weight gain shakes have scoops that are honestly a 1 cup dry measure. They say take about 3 scoops and that means 3 cups of dry mix. They have like 2000 calories and its all packed into that drink. Good luck getting one down with milk. Nlarge 2 is like 600 calories and has 52g of protien. Thats really all u need. Eat as much as u can like theyre saying and work hard at the gym and u should be good. But for the record the GNC weight gainer 2200 is prolly the worst buy i have ever made. I dont know how u feel about other supplements but i took this product called Vault. Its nitrous oxide and creatine ephelester. No water retention and incredible pump. Take that and N large 2 and u have got to gain some weight. Im as skinny as a rail still but i gained aobut 6 lbs on that.

Have your body composition checked by a professional and eat 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass.
As for creatine, the levels in the body will be the same after 28 days regardless of dosage, so the idea of creatine loading (5+ grams/day) is only necessary if you have a competition per se in short order.
