I'm looking for a good product for me to take, just for gaining muscle I don't need added mass for look is animal pak a good product and what are the side effects like is this gonna be bad for me in the long run thanks and if you know and good products tell me

Animal pak is a vitamin your not going to gain any "mass or muscle which is the same thing" if you want gains take animal pak i love it as a vitamin it gives u everything you need but for added mucscle/mass creatine is your best bet.
