Question overseas lifting

ive been taking muslce techs cell tech seems like everyone thinks its bullshit. which i can understand they have 6 page spreeds in all mags and target younger people. but its hard for me to get supplements over here in iraq because i have to call back home and have them send it and that takes a good 2 weeks. ive been trying to find a new type of creatine and need help cause i cant walk into like gnc and check them out and talk to anyone. ive pretty much read every post on here and looked at every web site and just need to here some advice from someone whos been lifting for a good year and whos tried a few diffent types and knows whats good and what is not.
i go to the gym around 7pm post workout i take celltech and have a prolab protien shake.
i usually work out about a hour and a half a day.
day1-chest-tris
day2-bis-back
day3-cardio-abs
no off days i start back on day 1 after 3
ive got good gains in my arms so far but my chest is lacking, i figured i have bad form and have lowered my weights and am changing things up.

for one darrell, you DO need to take two days off, or it wont last for long no matter how much your dedication is. secondly, where are the legs man? no workie on legs? u gotta work on legs. have you explored online options for protein? i am sure there are places who will be happy to ship it to your location in iraq as long as you order it in a timely manner.

your chest is also very well lacking because it is not getting enough recovery time. best method is train only one body part once a week.

Rest is good. . .agreed. What do folks think about taking an "easy week?" You still lift, but with light weights. I employ exercises that use a lot of dumbells for mobility so I can stretch my muscles with the weights (i.e. Dumbell bench press--take it down as far as you can and stretch that muscle!). I also use an incredibly slow tempo (3-1-2-1). Down in 3 seconds, hold for 1, up in 2 and then hold again for one. I use a prescribed workout that employs this sort of cyclical lifting intesity and I have seen excellent results over the past two years. Try it. Its free and online.

Stay safe over there bro. You are the true 'American Idol.' Much of the public is just two stupid to realize it.

dont forget to change your routines around as well. the point is not to kill yourself, but to give enough of a resistance to the muscles to force them to grow. Killing yourself daily will not make you grow, but will kill you
