Well i tried to do a search for a post with simular situation but i'm just simply too impatient to wade through all those posts so...

I've been working out about 5 days a week for about 7 months now. i've dropped 20-25 pounds and made some pretty good strength increases. I'm 5'10" at 180 but i'd say i still have a good 10-15 pounds of fat to lose. I've fixed my diet to about 1300- 1800 calories a day. i usually run at least 4 miles a day if not 5 then i hit the weights. the problem is when i do weights by 30 mins i'm fucking exhausted and can barely lift 20lbs. i'm not sure if that's cuz i need more calories or what. but i still want to drop weight so i don't want to increase what i'm eating. so MY QUESTION IS: what's the best way to go about finding a supplement? I'm wondering if the xyience supplements that help burn fat AND stimulate muscle groth are any good or if there's a better way to go about it???
any help would be appreciated. thanx.

Well first of all it is usually difficult to gain muscle while you are trying to lose weight. Make sure you are getting enough protien. I say about 1 gram of protien for every pound of body weight maybe even a little more. As far as being tired goes, maybe you should cut back on running a little if you are gonna run before lifting or else run after you lift. You could also try a pre-workout drink and take it after you are done with your running. A meal with some carbs about an hour before you workout will help too.
