What time of day do you guys take your BCAA and Glutamine powders and how much?

When I wake up I take some BCAAs to thwart catabolism from sleep, then during and post workout I pop a few more. Overall I take probably between 5 and 10 grams of BCAAs a day. I haven't taken Glutamine in a while because I don't know if the benefits are real or made up. Anyone have any definitive studies?

I take my BCAA before my workout. Then my protein shake with glutamine immediately after my workout, then glutamine again two hours later.

When bulking, I will take
5 grams - upon waking, pre, peri, post workout, before bed, and inbetween meals as well.

For noraml use
5 grams Pre/peri and post workout

For advanced use
5 grams - morning, pre/peri workout (have a hske post w/o) bed time

my protien has 10 grams of bcaa and 8 grams of glutamine and glutamine precursors (ON gold standerd whey) which i take 20 minutes after working out.i also take a different kind of protien (not a blend) in the morning for my breakfast which has a bunch of stuff in it.thats all i take.i am mabye looking to add a preworkout shake which will add a bunch more stuff into the mix.

Same here (ON PRO COMPLEX) I take it 2Xs a day (Morning and post-workout)

all day long inbetween meals. and deff when you wake up in the morning. before you pre & post work out, and beofre bed time. i woudl go with 5 grams of aminos and 5 grams of gultamine at a time.

I'd just like to add here that I have found my biggest gains in the past few months over anything else I have ever done simply by timing the intake of my supplements. It seems almost like a no-brainer, but timing of your supplements to when your body needs them most is critical for achieving maximium results.

My schedule works like this:

1 hour before I workout: 3g L-Arginine, 5g L-Glutamine
Start of workout: water bottle mixed with 5g-10g of Creatine Monohydrate (drink half of bottle at start of workout, other half during)

Immediately after workout: Mega MRP Sport Meal protein drink (mixed with water in shaker). 40g protein, 5g Glutamine and 3g of BCCAs (among others).

I follow this every day and have seen measurable results in doing this. Watch out for those Creatine mixes that add a ton of carbs to their mixes; skip those and go straight for the Creatine-only stuff - no carbs, no calories.
