Default Fat Burner Help

Hey guys i just joined and im a high school wrestler , and i have a question on a few things

1. as of now im taking ripped fuel extreme cut fat burner with a low carb diet and practcigin 5 days a week i was wondering if there was anything better i could use to help cut the weight faster and get more energy?

2. Also Wondering about taking ephdrine to help out

3. also is mixing ripped fuel and pure ephdrine a good idea or is it a waste of money ?

Thanks for any insight guys

man as a high school wrestler I wouldn't take any fatburners. The amount of energy you put out can put you at a very high risk for health problems. I know from expirience that coaches want you to lose an unhealthy amount of weight so you can wrestle in the lighter weight class. I have seen terrible thing done to lose weight. My cousin (now 39) has liver problems from losing so much weight so fast and then gaining it back for football season. I do not reccomend a fatburner at your age, dramatic weightloss now will affect you later in life.

cardio and calorie restriction are key. though some opt for just calorie restriction and training (no cardio) (imho for the general populus this is not a good option)
