Need Advise on this. Thanks..
Well My stats.
I weigh 145 I'm 17. A Great athlete/wrestler
I bench max is 240
Yet I'm small in muscle wise but strong.
Here a pic.
My question is, is it safe to take Winni-v tabs 360mg/capsule For myself?
I have a strict diet since I'm a wrestler and maintain my weight class
My main goal is to increase in size but stay cut. Would D-Bol 230mg/capsule do any help? i even have a friend that said they can get me decca. but I want to have some advise before buying anything...

Winny-V 360mg? D-bol 230mg? For one, this stuff is all fake. Is it by some company called Legal Gear? Waste of cash, DO NOT BUY. If it were real and you were to do 230 or 360mg, I guarantee you'd experience some bad side effects. Also you're 17. Your body is producing enough testosterone that if you simply eat a lot, and lift a lot, you'll get huge. In summation, avoid these fake supps, eat a steak and go lift. At 17 and 145 you shouldn't even be thinking about steroids as you've hardly even cracked the surface of your potential.

Excellent idea! Good luck with the growing, and check out the nutrition section to find some diet tips for gaining mass. Remember, lots of protein.

Adonis is right. Just because it's on the front page doesn't make it BETTER, it just means that the company paid more to have it there. You can't be thinking like that in the bodybuilding world, or you're gonna get hurt. ALWAYS read up on whatever product you're thinking of buying, and then ask questions about it if you're still not sure. Like egpfunk said, you're still really young and have a lot of growing to do naturally so you don't need synthetic testosterone to get bigger. Eat a shit load of proteins and lift more weight. That's all you really need to do at your age

Most of those muscle mags are advertisements for junk that doesn't work. Since you're 17 and money is probably tight I would suggest not buying into any of this hype. Supps that I can think of off hand that DO in fact work are:
Protein powder (i.e. whey)
Creatine
Fish oils/EFAs
Multivitamines
and thats about it. There may be others out there that have some effect, but I don't use anything beyond these 4 now.

HAhahahahahaha You honestly thought there were 230mg dbol tabs? Do some research man! Dbol comes in 5 or 10mg tabs how could anyone take 230mg of dbol at once? if you were taking that kind of dosage daily you would probably die from liver failure.

Not just that, but it's ultimately up to you to make proper decisions on this kinda stuff. We can only tell you what we know and have seen for ourselves. You learn from listening to other peoples experiences and making that proper decision based on those facts and opinions. There's alot of truth on the web, but you'll have to learn to figure what is fact, what is opinion, and whether or not this miracle drug "x7" from "BIGNAMEBRANDS" is worth the risk.
Just stick to asking millions of questions, ya can't go wrong with that

I wrestled when I was your age and was the same way and still am years later.
What you are asking really doesnt make any sense to me. You say you want to gain mass but at the same time sound like you want to stay at the same weight class.
Plus you dont see to many bulked up wrestlers because it takes alot to move around all that extra mass.
So I guess is what I am saying is if you put on mass you know you will have to go up a weight class or two right?
But if you do want to gain mass right now just freakin EAT and Eat ALOT! your 17 man. I weighed 125 when I graduated in 99. Now in '06 I weigh 181 so there is time to bulk up and it comes....

Welcome to EF SiKkiNTheHeaD and enjoy everything we have here to offer.
First things first, you're young and you're still growing. You will destroy yourself by taking drugs now. I have never experimented with performance enhancing drugs myself, but I can tell you from experience from witnessing all of my friends who experiemented with drugs. The great majority of them are out of sports now, and live very unhealthy lifestyles. It would be a shame for you to do the same.
I was a wrestler back in high school too, just during my freshman year though. Taking steroids indeed will make you bigger and stronger, but won't necessarily make you better. Since I was a football player and powerlifter, I was stronger than all of my opponents, but I lost most of the time because my wrestling skills were not as good as my opponent's (striking, grappling, throwing, locking, ect.). If your goal is to be the best wrestler, work on your skills, not your size and strength through the use of performance enhancing drugs.
Also, you should think beyond the effect drug use would have on your body, and more so about the guilt of taking them. What would your teammates, coaches, friends, family, and opponents think of you if you were to use illegal substances? How would your teammates in your same weight class feel about getting beat for the starting spot by a drug user? Would your wins against drug-free opponents be considered legitimate? If you have a lot of success beyond high school in the ring, would you feel content with yourself knowing that you had to use illegal substances? Would it be fair to your teammates and opponents.

I too have a subscription to Muscular Development. I enjoy reading the magazine, and there are some very good scientific research abstracts and articles in there. However, the advertisements annoy me to death and there are so many of them. Those supplement companies are just out there for your money, they are not concerned for your health. It's no wonder each issue is 400 to 500 pages long.
Another thing, not once have I ever bought a supplement because the advertisement in the muscle magazine persuaded me to. Every supplement I've bought in the past, was either from word of mouth (hearing good things about it from my friends) or from reading scientific research articles and abstracts. I don't buy supplements because the guy on the advertisement is super-buff or the chick is super-hot.
Muscular Development is also a pretty popular magazine (the best one out there in my opinion). I've seen offshorebodybuilding.com advertisements on the pages of MD, maybe we should advertise on the pages of MD so we can bring more people like SiKkiNTheHeaD here to the "bright side," lol. What do you say FP?
Finally, if you want to develop a strong physique the natural way, you can still do it. As a freshman in high school, I was 150 pounds and not very strong. But I busted my ass in the weight room, football field, wrestling ring, and race track for four years and got to be 190 pounds by my senior year (I was an 18-year old senior). Right now, I'm about 210 pounds and as strong as ever. I'm 100% natural too, without abusing drugs. If you want to see for yourself, check out my bodybuilding section of the forum here. I'm not a professional bodybuilder by any means, and it's nothing overly impressive, but it's a level someone like you can most definitely accomplish through hard work and determination. Just click the link below. It's all natural, lol.
Fitness Hollywood 2006
One last thing, you're already very strong for your size. Your upper body strength is incredible at a Bench max of 240 pounds for a 145 pound frame. When I was 145 pounds in 8th grade, I think my max on Bench was only 100 pounds. Just barely into the triple-digits, my friend. By my senior year of high school, my Bench max was about 285 pounds, which is not far from where you are right now.
You already have a great physique and great athletic skills (you need lot's of stamina in wrestling, I would know). In fact, with a physique like that, you'll have lot's of guys running to you for advice on this forum. Don't ruin a good thing for a quick one-time shot at the big times. Reach your natural potential, and live your life according to my signature.
