It's an excellent antioxidant and can help with fat burning, though don't go expecting it to perform like Clenbuterol or ephedrine.
Take it in the morning, pre-workout and PWO. Can help with muscle soreness due to it's antioxidant properties. Also contains caffeine so don't take it before bed.
I usually take it in 500mg doses, though if feeling tired I'll up that to 1g.
