anyone know if this stuff works? i bought some of it today and wonder if anyone can confirm the results, it claims to "help burn calories and curb appetite"

It's an excellent antioxidant and can help with fat burning, though don't go expecting it to perform like Clenbuterol or ephedrine.

Take it in the morning, pre-workout and PWO. Can help with muscle soreness due to it's antioxidant properties. Also contains caffeine so don't take it before bed.

I usually take it in 500mg doses, though if feeling tired I'll up that to 1g.

It's only 8% caffeine so don't worry too much. Take 500mg pre-workout, this yields 40mg caffeine, about half a cup of normal strength coffee.
