Questions on creatine and whey protein.
Hello,
I was wondering does creatine and whey protein negatively effect my 2 mile and 5 mile run times?
I also would like to know when I should be taking them? Before workouts or after? Should I take them on off days too?
I am using these supplements in order to increase preformance in strength. I run about 5 times a week and it's extremely important that my run times stay fast for this summer. I didn't want any of these supplements to hinder my preformance as far as running goes but I am looking for something to help me increase my strength.
