Default Only 5 Supplements

Hi All,
If this has been asked before, I'm sorry but I took a look and I may have just had bad keywords in my search.
Anyways, my wife is scared of me taking too many things and my bank account is afraid of it as well, so my question is:

If you could only take 5 supplements, what would they be?

Fishoils of some sort.

Maybe ZMA.

obviously some sort of protein supp would be in addition to this. But i'm not a big supp junkie.

Id make sure to take creatine as well.
I took creatine and it seemed to help add some muscle mass.

any soy protein will have alot of casein in it...

your question about importance....

that depends on the person...

if you have time to make meals with plenty of protein then id get zma...
but if you cant...then id get a soy protein...and then just get in a routine of going to bed nice and early instead of subin the zma ....

i dont believe in zma anyway...glutamine helps my soreness and ill use tribulus to help with naturally aspirin my test levels....i go to bed and get good sleep ...so zma...ehhh

i meen you no disrespect but i have to add what ive heard about soy protein. ive come accross several articles one on T-Nation and several others just doing a search online after reading it on t-nation that soy protein has been proven to actually lower a males natural test levels dramatically. i also had used soy previously untill reading what ive read and threw mine out after reading it. there are several doctor reports online if looking hard enough to find them, im sorry i didnt record a link to them to provide as proof but regardless it should be looked at on t-nation at the very least.

Yeah Cissus is a fantastic supplement, I was very close to putting that in my Top 5 but just went for the basics instead.

One of the very few that actually works and makes a difference

Not sure about that man. Try bulknutrition.com, thats where I got mine. Its straight powder, no caps. It tastes like bitter unsweetned tea when mixed in water.
