Can someone recommend me a fat burner?
i got a few more weeks in my bulking phase and its going great. energy levels are up, lifts are geting bigger and overall i feel stronger. i also put on a gut and seemed to eliminate most of my improvements i made this past summer in attaining a six pack.
this summer i seriously tried everything to reach a solid 6 pack but i always had this little pouch just under my belly button and its gotta go
in addition to cutting carbs, uppin the BCAA's, doin more cardio i need something that will get me back to being "cut"
that being said any fat burner that wont let me lose a lot of muscle is what i need, any suggestions?

Up your water intake, start drinking some green tea, run more. If you don't like drinking green tea, green tea extract can help.

While it may work for some, it may have little to no effect on others. To me it doesn't seem worth the price, however that is just my opinion.

for me i did have a decent results worth trying again sometime in the future with hydroxycut (ephedrine) caffein, and aspirin and intense cardio and good diet. it seemed to peal the fat quicker then just cardio and diet alone for me anyways. one positive aspect i noticed was a slight strength increase nothing tremendous from the ephedrine. side effects are very similar to clenbuterol form what ive read of clenbuterol. higher body core temp, slight shakes.
but then as carnitas stated what may have been a effective combination for me may not be for you. one wont know untill tried though.

You can always try Clen+T3 if you use that, you will loose fat 100% guaranteed. As long as you work out and eat clean (obviously)..
But you'll have to know what you're doing if your'e going to use such powerful compounds as that.

I take the green tea extract pills, works like a charm because I couldn't force myself to drink it in the tea.

Well Pliny_2001 is correct, no supplement can do what cardio can do. But if you are already doing cardio, I have tried various supplements. I used to like Hot Rox or sometime Hydroxycut Hardcore. Again, these are just supplements, you need to do cardio and eat clean.
In your other post, you mentioned Animal Cuts. I have tried them, and it didn't do much for me, plus I didn't like the idea of downing 9 pills per pack.
But Cardio is the key with a clean diet. You might also might want to try some toning ab excerises with increasing the weight for those exercises.
The supplements did help, but I am off all supplements and now doing things clean. Most supplements also just make you lose water weight and not fat, and some of the side effects aren't just worth it.
I am 5'10, 210 lbs, and 9% bodyfat now. When I began my journey 3 years ago I was 315lbs!

yeah i didnt want to order animal cuts unless somoene recomended them. i am currently taking animal pak because it was voted viatamin of the year for like 5 strait years...its 11 huge pills that are a pain to take daily....and it says it promotes energy and all this great stuff but i dont notice anything except glow in the dark neon urine. i guess with viatamins its hard to notice a difference, unlike a NO pre-workout product that hits you almost instantly
