Default Number of supplements per day and effectiveness

Hi there.I recently bought some supplements, and will start to use them starting this week.I have a 12 months plan,in which i will be using supplements to see how much difference they would make to my training routine.

What I was doing till now:
30 minutes of weight training every day,5 days a week.(Weekends off)

What I will do:
1 hours per day for 5 days a week.

Now,I bought some supplements which are:
MASS-TECH for getting more mass easily(according to the company at least)
and MAX For Life vitamins.

I have read in numerous articles that people who do weight training, body building etc, needs to eat many times a day,in small portions of food.
Also many of them suggest to take shakes like Myoplex.

What I wanted to know,is how good Myoplex is and if it worth to taking it.I dont have the time to cook or prepare 5-6 meals a day,so it would save me much time if its good enough to take and replace 2 meals per day.

Another thing is,that these things cost hell a lot of money.
For MT and the MAXFL i paid like 90 or so Euros.

If there and alternative to Myoplex that would be cheaper.Because a Myoplex shake costs approximately 3USD,and I will need at least 2 of these per day...

Last issue,is the dosage.
I plan on taking MT and MAXFL in this order:
1)A half portion of the suggested MT dosage in the morning with milk.Thats because I wont be doing anything in the morning,so what the meaning of taking a bunch of calories etc?
2)An hour after, the pill for vitamins etc,and after another hour do my 1 hour training season. Then take a full dosage of MT.

Another thing I wanted to ask is,could the MT replace Myoplex?
Their ingredients are pretty much the same, thats why I ask.

Thanks for your help guys.

I assume you mean mass. Yeah, you will, mass-tech is full of empty calories (sugar).

Bodybuilding requires discipline and dedication. No short cuts. If you ain't got time, or can't be bothered, or better can't be arsed, it won't happen. Read Arnold's book, he talks about focus.

Sure. I buy whey and various kind of carbohydrate in bulk and mix myself. Get an approximate ratio depending on what you want to achieve, and drink up. My shake prolly cost less than €1 each.

However much you read, you failed to see the importance of breakfast. It's not how much you're GONNA use between breakfast and first meal, but how much you need to restore depleted levels after 7~8 hours sleep without food. Shake for breakfast is not a solution anyway, unless you do something like grounded oats + protein (ie slow carb) in milk... Still better to have plain food, like 1/2 dozen eggs.

Have vitamins just outta bed, and breakfast whatever 1/2 hr later. and at least 1hr before training (some people can't train with full stomac, it doesn't bother me, even big squats/deadlifts) But you need to fill back your system after sleep.

Dunno the particular of each, but if ingredients and proportion are the same, then same shit. I still prefer my homebrew... Costs are much lower, and results are similar. I can mix NLarge 2 proportion and grow muscle and a paunch within a few months, just like when buying the real thing, or I can mix a low carb shake full of protein and cut down the flab within a few weeks of careful diet, and all that without having to buy anything new.

Thanks for the answers and help.
I suppose I should give you some more details about what have I done till now.I have pretty much been doing Karate and Kickboxing for 5 years, until 2 years ago.I started to do weight lifting and got in a very good shape in like a year or so.However Im only 65Kg in weight and I want to go up to 75-80Kg.But not gain fat,as the goal is to gain mass.

Last year,I got into very good shape(compared to what I was before,as you can guess Im an easy gainer)without great effort, and without doing any kind of diet or taking any kind of supplements.I was eating when i felt I should(even at 1 am in the night!)drinking alcohol etc.
However, most people consider me kinda thin, and I believe I should get that 10-15Kg would be great for my health as well.

I dont know what Arnold said, and to be honest I dont care.Im not a bodybuilder and I will never be one.I just like practicing and going over my limits slowly, while getting stronger.

(BTW I ment mass,I did a spelling mistake)

Also another note:
When I started weight lifting and exercising,I was at 65Kg.At the end of the year, while I had a very good shape(a very nice 6 packs, and muscles I never seen before)I was still 65Kg.

I'd venture to say that principles of bodybuilding apply to those who don't do it professionally.
