N.O. Xplode while cutting?
So I've began my cutting season. My diet is proven, training and cardio program is up to par, but I'm not sure about using NO Xplode. There are only 60 cals (2 scoops, 30 each), 14 carbs (7 each scoop) and some added vitamins.
I know the creatine will add a small bloat, but I would like to maintain as much muscle and keep from being in a catabolic state with th reduced caloric intake and upped cardio
What do you guys think? Would you use this supp while cutting?

I would take it with BCAAs before doing cardio. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but here's how I'd justify it:
- In theory, the vaso effects and additional cell volume should help force the BCAA supplement into your muscles better.
- The caffeine should allow you do perform greater intensity cardio. If you can do one or two more intervals (or equivalent for the type of cardio), the immediate and prolonged calorie burn should be enough to mitigate the additional 60 calories, at the minimum.
I typically take a scoop or two of equivalent product SuperPump250 before doing intervals on the treadmill or sprints in the pool on cardio days. Sometimes, when I don't mind the extra sugar (lifting days), I'll grab a Hulk Hogan energy drink, lol! So far, so good.

I have taken No Explode while cutting, and it gives me that extra boost, and my cardio sessions did last a little longer. However, I did try it with an E/C/A stack and it did make my head feel dizzy (head rush), but everyone's physical make up is different. I have found now that I will only use No Explode while bulking up, and not for cutting. Again, this is just my personal opinion/ experience.

yeah 60 cals is really negligible and the fact that the pump encourages you to work out harder while cutting (and therefore with a little less energy) then you will easily burn those 60 cals off plus more!

I get more of a workout boost from the ECA stack. Plus it's a well known thermogenic, and fat burner, without the added cals
60 cals x 6 times a week= 360 cals
360 cals a week x 4 (one month) =1440 cals
so less than a 1/2 lb a month isn't bad
