Best time to take BCAA's
Does anyone know what the most benifiacial time is to take BCAA's?
i.e before or after a workout?

If I'm doing cardio (or any intense activity on an empty stomach), I take them about 30 min before my workout in order to minimize lean muscle loss. If I'm lifting, I usually take them toward the end, or right after my workout, as Ava said.

I take them at the beginning of my workout but I have read various articles which recommend taking them before, during, and immediately after your workout.

as toons stated before and after works for me. as far as the during im ususually sipping on a protein drink that contains BCCA so i guess you could say all 3.
