Getting more supplements, will it make a difference?
Ok,so after gaining my initial 5 kg in weight(I was 65kg,then went to 70kg,now im 69kg)I stopped training due to the fact that I cannot lift anything when it cold.I just hate winter. But now the weather got better, and its time to starttraining again after 2 months of rest...
During my first month all I was taking was MassTech,in 3 dosages per day(morning, afternoon and night).
I saw some other supplements that seem good:
AMINOVIT -
MINVIT STAR PLUS -
HARDCORE STRENGTH CREATINE (powder)
ULTRA CARB GL
and now i was thinking, that i would buy them all,and take them during training days. However,I was wondering since some of these have the same ingredients, wont I get FAT?There are way to many calories in each of them to take them all in one day.
How should i split them? How to mesure what to take and in what dosage?
Thanks for all the help.

Supplements don't make you big, training does, and you don't seem to do much of that...
Supplements don't make you fat, more calories than you need does. Get some clues in the various related section in this forum, you'll find the answers are all there already.
My recommandation: save your money for a good steak instead. . . And get off your ass to the damn gym already

Just to reiterate what Joebar said, it is time to go to the gym!!! Why even bother buy supplements when you haven't been training the past 2 months? It would be a waste of money. For any supplement to work you have to be working out plain and simple to notice results. Key word "Supplement"
I don't know where you live, but winter is no excuse to not train. I live in Canada, and we just got dumped a whole s#@# load of snow the past few weeks. Still no excuse, in the morning I still did my cardio jog outdoors in the snow and icy roads. Working out is one's mentality.
I don't like it when people say they train and then they go off of training for months at a time, and then they said "OH" I gained weight, "Time to work out again". If you just worked out regularly, your weight would have been maintained. 5 kg in 2 months isn't bad, but that is about 11 pounds of probably fat you put on. Why even take creatine when that would most likely do is make you gain weight by retaining water.
You can take all types of supplements in the world (fat burners, steriods, creatine, etc), and without the proper diet, cardio, weight lifting routines you won't notice anything or sustain results.
I work like 14 hours (average - get paid for 8 hours) days during the week, still workout at least 1 hour per day, cook dinner for my fiance and I, take care of the dogs, do other arons (personal stuff - wedding planing, friends, etc), post on here , get 5-6 hours of sleep, etc. . . .
Why do people take supplements and not train regularly? They pay for them, use them, train for like 4 months, stop, then gain weight, and want to train again. . . . .
Either way enough with my rant. . . .sigh. . .

im working out of my garage in the winter here near canada, so that gives you an idea how cold the winters are.the only time i will start the heater in the garage is if the outside temp is 10* or lower, otherwise i just slap a hooded sweater on and my workout keeps me warm. hell i even break a sweat. i have access to a gym but dont utilize it all that much except for the leg presses and such.

Dude,
If you're a beginner there is no need for any supplemment except perhaps whey and casein if you need more protein. Fish oil if you need some healthy fats.
If you've been going a while then you my want some creatine, glutamine or maybe a NO product.
Research is important too. look at what's in the product and not what the product claims to do.
But like everone else has said, first check your training, your form, your exercises, and your diet and when all that is right and you're needing a little more, then start looking at some supps.

Okay maybe I was a little harsh in my post. Just came back from New York today, maybe the attitude there is sticking with me.
I did a google search on all those products you listed.
1. Aminovit - used for livestock/ farm animals up to you if you want to use it.
2. Minvit Star plus - just looks like a mineral replacer. Product packaging says use twice daily, google product and find instructions.
3. Hardcore strength creatine - when I used creatine, I would just use it on days that I lifted weights. But again, there is a product information use, just google the product.
4. Ultra Carb GL - looks like a carb blocker or a Glycogen enhancer. I would be very weary of using this. Just eat foods in low glycemic index (carbs) and you have enough insulin spread throughout the day. Not like eating sugar and you get that spike in energy.
Basically to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you consume. So watch what you consume even supplements. They all add up to your daily caloric intake.
Good Luck.

lol guys,no bad feeling about what you said.
Just alittle background:I have been doing weight lifting(just to excersise myself and be fit)for 2 years staight,30 mins a day.
Then, this year,I did weight lifting, but a bit more body-building oriented and took MassTech as well after each training season.I gained 5 kg,NOT in fat,but in mass.I actually look quite bigger than before.
When i asked about these supplements,I asked because I dont know if they are any good.of course they have some stuff that seem to do good, but i'd prefer to eat a bunch more food than take supplements.Ihave a bucket of MassTech left, and after finishing it,I dont plan on taking anything again.MasTech helped me a lot in the first 2 months, but after than nothing...
anyway,thanks for the input.

Embrance,
I agree that you should focus on eating good, quality food as opposed to relying on supplements, however, a good multivitamin/multi mineral supplement is never a bad idea. Fish oil is also a good one for general health. Might consider these if nothing else
