Default Help on Cutting Supplements

Hey all.
So pay day is this week, and i was planning on going out getting some new clothes and other things i needed. Then i thought fuck it.
I got my priorities right now, my main priority is cutting the excess fat from my body while tryin to maintain as much muscle as possible. As i haven't trained for a while, i have lost quite a bit of muscle and gained quite a bit of fat.
Basically what i am looking for is some advice on supplements for cutting.
When i was training to gain weight i only took creatine and protein shakes.

I was wondering if anyone knows of any good fat loss supplements, i don't know much about these, i've heard of a few such as Lean System 7 and one or two others i'm not sure of the names though, does anyone have any good recommendations on these or any experience with a good one?

Also i was planning on taking a creatine again, i was considering taking Meta Cel again since i had good results with that, or possibly Cell-tech or Maximuscle Cyclone as i've heard those are decent. Anyone have any recommendation on creatine? Also would creatine affect fat loss in any ways? Good or bad?

Thanks.
John.

the eca(ephedrin, caffeine no-doz,aspirin) stack does quite well for most people.

Cujo and wildstang said it all. ECA is King. But it will never replace DIET and CARDIO for the best supplements.

Cutting a few extra cals a day could have the same outcome when it comes to fat loss. There is no magic bullet for fat loss. I love ECA though. I'll take it 2x a day, and it's cheaper (bought separately) than most 'fat burners'.

ECA reigns supreme.

Falcon hit a big one as well. I put 25-30mins. of cardio into my routine 4-5 times a week. It really helps to burn the unwanted crap.

I'll go with eca as well
In my expirience creatine does not help when cutting, I use kre-alykalin, I love that stuff, I feel "harder" than I did when I was using creatine

Ephedra Diet Pills and Fat Burners - Ephedra

Some CVS sell bronkaid or Vasopro is good too. A lot of Canandian sites sell it.

Just went to CVS pharmacy, and bought 2 boxes of bronkaid. After all the ID and signing forms, it was $7 a box. Pretty decent deal for 25 mg a pill. And they even allow you to buy 6 boxes at a time!

Just that it makes you hold water and feel fat, which makes it harder to stick to it!

I like the mental edge when it comes to the weights. Take it 30-45 mins pre, with an empty stomach

Wow!! Way to go me on re-viving this thread! lol

I've actually been trying bronkaid with my workouts and it helps out tremendously!! The only reason I started taking it is because I began a diet with very little carbs and I felt drained all the time... A friend suggested ephedra but after some research we found bronkaid had 25mg of ephedrine with one other engredient called Guaifenesin. I definitely recommend it for a boost in energy! It helps me last longer during cardio (I've read it's since it's intended for asthma and allows more oxygen into your lungs). It also helps me break a good sweat; you have to remember to drink a lot of water while you are on this! I've tried it with caffeine and asprin also but I felt like mighty mouse, so I went back to doing just a pill and a half of just the bronkaid. It's working so until I need another boost I think i'll be fine. .. What I do is take half of a pill around 9am and one half every four hours... okay so that's my .02 for this pre-historic thread!!
