Am just curious, do these work? anyone tested Metabolism Tablets before? Cuz i plan to lose a bit of weight since i tend to be in an office that has "no eating" regulations lol.

Yes I have used "metabolism/ fat burners" before. But how can you not eat at work? The best thing would be to eat smaller meals so you can boost your metabolisn on its own. In this forum there are tons of threads about the different fat burners/ metabolism pills, all you have to do is a search on the one you are thinking about getting. Plus fat burners in general only work with a good healthy diet and cardio/ weight lifting. Other than that, you won't see much results.

Said it before and I will say it again "to lose weight you have to burn more calories than you consume". Nothing can replace a good healthy diet in terms of food consumption.

Good luck!!!
