ZMA - make your own?
I'm always looking for a way to save $$ on supplements. Always stick to the tried and true products (protein, creatine, vitamins) rather than the big dollar hyped up magazine ad types.
Anyway, ZMA seems to work fairly decent and is a popular supplement. Instead of buying the ZMA product, anyone try just taking Zinc, Magnesium and B-6 individually in the proper dosage to get the same results?
