Default Tried a MuscleMilk bar this weekend

I dropped my wife off to tan, and my son and I went to Staples to go fax something. Anyway, my son was feeling a little hungry so we went to a deli in the same strip mall and i got him something to eat/ drink. While on-line, I noticed a Musclemilk bar for sale. I was never able to take this particular supplement because of the medication I used to be on ..... but I'm not on it anymore, so I bought it. Would you believe I actually felt a decent pump from it? 1 bar!

Anyway, the reason I'm posting this is to ask:

If I'm cutting (which is pretty much what I'm concentrating on now anyway seeing how every other time I tried to add mass it just wound up as fat) is Musclemilk powder a good supplement to take? I noticed that the powders have 12 grams of fat (6 grams saturated) and that concerned me.

I'm currently at approx. 12% BF and am looking to acheive at least a 10% or less BF.

My current supplementation is:

Protein powder
Branched Chain Amino acid blend
CEE
Fish Oil
Arginine/ Ornithine/ Lysine

I noticed there are other Musclemilk powders out there with less fat content, but will they provide the same benefits as the regular Musclemilk?

I would Stay Away from not only Muscle Milk as it is usually high in Fats and Calories, but BARS in general if your are cutting PROTEIN BARS are high in fats (saturate Fats as well) and Calories, Stay away from Granola bars and Chocolate Bars as well but that goes without saying. Right.....?

protein bars have a lot of sugar, carbs, fat, calories, because they are meant to keep you going for a long period of time, if you are cutting, stay away.
