Real ephedra?
I have purchase all of these supplements and NONE of them actually work. None have the effect of old school ephedra supplements.

Just because the USA overreacted and banned ephedra has every other country done the same? There has to be a supplement out there that actually equates to the old school ephedra supplements. Does anyone know of any? Before I lose even more money!

I don't use ephedra, but one of the supplements in the picture (which showed up as frogs in the thumbnail) said it was ephedrine HCl -- which is pharmaceutical ephedra. If you use the search button, you can see that other people here use vasopure (I think), which is also ephedrine HCl, to great effect -- maybe the brand you bought is a fake?

I can't see what u have posted, but Bolt ephedra/guafenesin from D and E pharmaceuticals on the web, based in NJ is the real deal. 25mg ephedrine hcl/ 400mg guafenesin. I have been using ephedrine since it burst on the scene in the early 90's, its definately the same, and its safe as can be. Big pharma is behind the ban, the research was crap, and its all about the benjamens( for big pharma)

Pharma has a lot of pull here. Few people realize the power they use and abuse... All because americans are addicted to pharmaceuticals

if you think the pharm companies wanted a ban of its own product you are insane. Im sure it had nothing to do with the fat fucks who overdosed on it trying to use it as the next magic fat burning pill, neglecting to read that it elevates their probably already highly elevated heart rate, blood pressure, etc.... and then their family looking for a scapegoat started joining the class action suits by attorneys all over the country bleeding any profits dry. Thats ok, pharm co's also probably are the ones who banned steroids, it wasnt because of Ben Johnson stirring up congress when he beat USA's golden boy Carl Lewis in the olympics and tested positive after the race resulting in the government making that of a narcotic.
Anyway, Ephedrine hcl was banned temporarily until it was found it was the combination of other substances being sold along with it were more of the problem. Ephedrine hcl has since then been state regulated and actively available for quite some time. I can drive up the street and get a 24 pack of 25mg tab's any day of the week.
Pliny was pretty close on the name, Vasopro is the company making the best one you can get, pure ephedrine hcl.

If you're in Canada, you can buy Kaizen's Ephedrine HCl in 8mg tablets, without guaifenesin, but the supplement companies up there won't ship here. You can buy it from dne-ephedrine.com, but you have to fax them ID etc. The DEA is concerned that you'll turn the Ephedrine into crystal meth, which is why the Canadians won't ship here.
When it was more readily available, you only had to be aware of how it affected you -- most of the deaths were in the severely out of shape overexerting themselves in extreme heat.

wow...just happend to be surfing and caught this....
uh, no I am not insane mooshue...but the problem here is that you are ignorant (not in the offensive way, simply meaning "lack of knowlege") on this subject.
Yes, it absolutely was "Big Pharma" who got ephedra banned. Big pharma is a nickname given in the medical industry for the phamacueutical companies who produce our prescription meds... Johnson and Johnson, Pfizer, Glaxo Smith Kline, etc
When was the last time you got a prescription for ephedra? You haven't, ever, because it is considered an herbal supplement. The herbal or natriopathic industry is in direct competition with big pharma, and ephedra was absolutely killing the prescription diet pill market of the pharmaceutical industry...so, yeah, it wasn't there baby, and yeah, they are the ones that got it banned, by heavy lobbying.
No one has ever proven that ephedra causes any heart or BP problems, so it was not banned by the goverment because of possible lawsuits...besides, why would a goverment ban occur because of lawsuits? It wouldn't ...whatever company that got sued (if any ever did) for a claim of a dangerous chemical would have to decide for themselves if manufacturing the drug was worthwhile.
Anyone with a clue in the pharm industry knows that ephedra is perfectly safe, and therefore knows the ban was political.
If you take 5 times the dose of any drug you may get into trouble, but no drug was ever banned because occasional people abused it.
mooshue, u should know by now I don't come on here and talk shit. I only comment on stuff I am well informed on.
