Default My experience with ECA Stack and what results to expect from ECA Stack.

I'm 4 weeks into my ECA Stack and decided to do a write up about my experiences with it since information on ECA Stacks is limited. Before I began taking the ECA Stack I relied on the google to give me the information I needed which doesn't usually fail me, but this time Google didn't exactly pull through so I depended on forum members such as wildstang and falconfootball who gave me the information I needed to get started.

Some of the things I was curious about before beginging the ECA Stack were the side effects, dosages and most curiously what type of results I could expect to see and how quickly. So I'm going to do my best to share my ECA Stack experiences with you guys and girls.

Dosage: 25mg Ephedrine HCL, 200mg Caffeine, 81mg Asprin
*ECA Stack was only taken on days where I was going to be in the gym or doing some sort of cardio/exercising.

*Ephedrine HCL was hard to locate at first, most websites wanted a photo copy of my license and then I found Sports supplements at great prices, whey protein, creatine, brand names

As for Caffeine and Aspirin I picked up a generic form of no-doz and a regular asprin from the local drug store.

Weeks 1 - 2
I took the ECA Stack one time per day due to sensitivity to the caffeine. My original plan going into the stack was Week 1 Take 1 dose of ECA first thing in the morning Week 2Take 2 doses of ECA Stack, 1 dose first thing in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 dose 30-45 minutes pre workout. Due to my reaction to caffeine it took me longer to increase my dosages.s

During week 1 there was a large amount of graduation parties and lots of bad choices to be made. I attended two graduation parties during week 1 and my diet was not as good as it should have been. Luckily, I stepped it up in the gym and I didn't notice any weight gain.

During week 2 I realized the mistakes I made in week 1 couldn't happen again and that if I didn't want to waste my money I need to check my diet and step up my game in the cardio section.

Week 3
During week 3 I took a break from the ECA Stack so my body would not become used to the stack and hinder my results. During this week I still continued my regular weight training sessions and cardio sessions.

Week 4 (Current Week)
I've finally worked my way up to the twice daily dose of ECA and I don't notice jitters nearly as much as week 1 and I also feel at this time its more important than ever not to miss a day in the gym and especially not to get lazy in the cardio department. The weight has steadily come off, but I'm looking forward to losing another few lbs.

My Results
Starting Weight : 178
Starting BF:18%

Current Weight: 171
Current BF: 15%

My body weight on the scale has been fluctuating a lot lately. Week 1 was not the best week due to the unnecessary temptations at graduation parties, but since then I have been having a better time with the ECA Stack and I truly believe it is working. I feel like by now I could have cut a higher number of body fat, but there is no use crying over what I should have done and just try my best to make the right choices from here on out.

Side Effects!
Jitters
Appetite suppression
Alertness (Caffeine wakes me up in no time each morning)
One of the odd side effects I experienced, which may sound crazy, is the passage of time. While I was taking the ECA Stack, time flew by. I would have expected just the opposite to happen becuase when my body was on the caffeine I feel like I was in turbo mode so the rest of the world should feel as if it was going at a slower rate, but nope! no doubt about it. Time after time when I took the ECA Stack my workday flew before my eyes. Kind of nice.

My Workout Schedule & Cardio Details
Monday - (Chest)
*Cardio - Wake up at 7am, 15minutes of jump roping
*Cardio post workout - 25 minutes (Walk 5 min, Run 5 min, Repeat)

Tuesday - (Arms)
*Cardio post workout - 25 minutes (Walk 5 min, Run 5 min, Repeat)

Wednesday - (Off)

Thursday - (Back)

Saturday - (Legs)

Sunday - Completely off

What the ECA Stack is
The ECA Stack is a great weight loss tool for someone looking to rid their body of excess body fat

What the ECA Stack isn't
The ECA Stack is not a miracle. In fact, I feel like half of my success with the ECA Stack is due simple to the fact that knowing I spent the money on this supplement I was less likely to skip a cardio session or cheat on my diet.

Advice
If you get jittery and light headed, sit down, relax and drink a big cup of water. This helped me overcome my sensitivity to caffeine time after time

Don't screw up your diet. My body was more forgiving of my diet mistakes while I was on the ECA Stack, but I feel like I could have had better results.

What you can expect from the ECA Stack
I'd say you could expect to lose 1.5% of your body weight per week if you stick to a strict diet and kick ass in the gym and when I say 1.5% I'm talking about most of that 1.5% coming from body fat and not muscle tissue.

Thats my write up on my experiences with ECA Stack, I'm going to continue kicking ass in the gym and not skipping cardio sessions and I'll let you know my final weigh in and body fat.

in reference towards time flying by comment thats because of the stimulant qualitys of the caffeine. almost same senario as the fight or flight reaction to adrenalin. thought processes become more clear and quicker from the enhightened brain activity.
