Default BSN NO-Xplode, CellMass, Syntha-6...Animal Cuts?

The use of these products with a 6-day workout routine is what i am planning to begin. The product Animal Cuts is another product I have seen. Is Animal Cuts a good add-on or should i stick to just the three BSN products?

First off, here's a 4-year-late welcome to EFF.

As to the supplements - honestly? You're probably wasting your money. Others may (and will) disagree, but I think the only thing you're getting out of NO-X is caffeine, and CellMass is just very, very, very expensive creatine. Syntha-6 is fine to the best of my knowledge. No idea what animal cuts even is.

What's your training history? How's your diet? These are the questions that need to be answered before we can say anything about your supplement schedule.

pliny's right.

regular monohydrate creatine will do the job and no-xplode, all you're getting out of that is cafeine. Just get some no-doz if you really need caffein. 5$ for like 150 caffiene pills.

I like Syntha-6. I'm kinda neutral on the CellMass...I agree that you can get at least as good Creatine cheaper. I prefer the Myogenix HyperShock to the No-X. I haven't tried the Decaf HyperShock, but the regular definitely gives a decent pump. I felt an extra pump with the No-X...not as pronounced as with the Myogenix.

Thanks for the welcome and input...I have a six day training schedule, upper body four days, lower body two days. Cardio is done 4-5 days of the week but that isnt concrete yet. My eating habits would include three full meals and three snacking periods. My goal ultimately is to lower my body fat, gain muscle, and just to feel better.
Since NO Xplode is not needed really according to yall, what would be a better/cheaper creatine supplement?

Whatever is on sale! Creatine is creatine. Some will debate that the ethel ester is better or another type is, but many studies show that just good ol' creatine monohydrate is fine!

My question is, how long have you been working out? I can't understand from you post if you are just starting or just starting this new routine.

My view, which is how I did things and it may differ from others, is I started working out without supplements. I watched my gains and weight and noticed when I had plateaued. When that happened I added Whey protien into the equation. Gains came and then later plateaued. Added Creatine and glutamine, and so on and so forth.

Right now I'm off of everything but protein although I will probably reevaluate after flag football season.

Thanks for the comments...I started working out seriously and consistantly the second week of June, about an hour per workout day. My cardio hasnt been as consistent but I'd say about 2 hours a week on average. I have noticed changes and i believe I am nearing that plateau. As far as Creatine, I found NSI CreaPureŽ Creatine on Vitacost.com and I am leaning toward trying it. Any thoughts on this product?

A month and a 1/2 .... "nearing that plateau" ???

Get off it! Just push yourself a little harder. Supplements don't replace training, even steroids don't replace training. Only hard work pays.

Buy whichever or the lot of the BSN stack, it makes little difference. I like No-Explode because I look like a beast after training, but I look normal the next morning, so don;t get your hopes up As for creatine ... well, as they all said, any cheapo that actually is creatine will do. Syntha tastes nice.

I've been working out for a little over 10 years now and my best gains in the gym were when I was taking micronized creatine, glutamine, and whey protein at the same time.
While I'm no "beast" by any means,I sure lifted like one while I was on those.
