Default Best Supps For Big Results?

What's are the best supps for big gains.
Example: I'm a 28yo male, 6'2, about 225 (a bit podgy in the mid section) and am keen to start bodybuilding seriously with a friend. I take protein after a weights session but want to know the correct method for taking creatine, stacks and L-Glutamine to get the best results and fastest gains.

ive learned to not waste money on all that shit and buy more food. Ive made far better gains with a good 8oz of meat 4 oz of carbs with some greens mixed in 6 times a day and a shake+peanut butter or almonds for fats before bed than i ever did with any of that crap in the magazines. It took wasting probably thousands over the years, and then finally hiring a professional bodybuilder to lay out my diet for me. Ive seen it work for every person its been given too with the same goals. Log your food intake, try to keep your macro nutrients at 40% protein 40% carbs 20% fats every day as close as possible. Get in 30+ minutes of cardio after your workouts, keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone (each machine should give you a ballpark for your age) at 26 you should probably be around 128-130 im guessing.
The scale shouldnt change much eating and working this way, but youll see the fat melt away and the muscle start coming on in a matter of months.

Thats my advice, take or leave.

8oz of meat (chicken, steak, turkey, pork, tuna, white fish) 4oz carb (brown or white or wild rice, pilaf, dry potatos, oatmeal) greens every other meal 6 times a day
Hit the weights hard and heavy, do 30-45 min of cardio after each workout. keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone, heart rate around 125 for your age. Make sure one of those meals is post workout, within 30 minutes of the time you step off the cardio machine.
If you can do the cardio after workout due to time constraints, do it first thing in the morning when you wake up.
If you are an endomorph like myself who can never seem to loose the fat, this will do it for you in time. Dont expect some miracle instant fat loss and muscle gain, naturally it will take a lot of time. Use pictures, not the scale. Log your food so you know what is working for you. Some people have food allergies and may not be able to digest say chicken properly causing you not to benefit from eating it.

For mass building purposes wouldnt you want to keep the cardio to a minimum? Like 10 min warm up and a 10-20 min close after a workout?

1. Large quantities of quality, minimally processed foods. Quality protein sources, complex carbs, 'healthy' fats.

2. Multivitamin

3. Fish oil

4. Creatine and BCAA

I've made most of my progress while on no supplements at all.

A lot of people take a whey shake thinking that it will help them bulk up, but I've learned that whey shakes work better for me when I am trying to cut up and preserve the muscle.

I've tried Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey, Muscle Milk and creatine.. and like I said most of my results came when I wasnt even using them.

well as far as big results go the only thing in enhancement drugs would be an AAS product but as far as natural supps go, tribulus, dhea, fish oils, yohimbe work great. anytime you can raise your natural test levels by supps mentioned you will see results just not as dramatic as the real deal stuff from forbbs.
