Is this a Good Protein Bar?
I am trying to find a good protein bar to help me build muscle, but I am also trying to cut my body fat down from 16% (38 yo male, 6' 1" 195#), so I wanted to avoid something with a lot of sugars and other bad stuff. I have been eating Oh Yeah protein bars, which have the nutrition info shown below. Is that a good bar for me? 380 cals seems like a lot for a bar with 26g protein. Is there a better choice for me?
