Jackie Warner's "Perfect Shake" ?????
Has anyone tried this? Jackie Warner from Bravo's "Workout Out", has put out what she calls the perfect shake. It is derived from a personal concoction of what she makes every morning to start the day.
I actually like some of the ingredients, but not the price...$50.
I was wondering if anyone else has tried it or if anyone knows of something similar?

I don't know anything about it personally, but at almost a buck and a half a serving, it better do something! Maybe someone more knowledgeable about the ingredients will give you some more info!

aside from all the funky naturopath organic junk in there, i see no benefit in taking this shake. 0 g protein 0g fat and 6g carbs? wtf is it for? i see theres thermogenic agents added. I would just buy a good thermo and a real bag of protein and skip this type of stuff.

Yeah, her name is worth nothing to me. I've never witnessed a personal trainer who is less professional or takes their trade less seriously than this girl. Just because you throw a bunch of grass and some water in a blender doesn't mean it's good for you. I'm ignorant, I know, but i just really do not like this woman.
I still think the best shake anyone can make for themselves is OJ and frozen Blueberries

Near total waste. The only worthwhile ingredients are fiber, CLA, and glutamine (none of which are particularly thermogenic.
This just a case of a trainer who made a bit of a name for themselves (not for their training ability, btw) lending their name to a branding opportunity. It's similar to, but probably less satisfying than, a Miley Cyrus autobiography.
