If you could add just one suppliment...
to add to your diet to increase your chances of better gains, what would it be?
I'm not asking about a "cycle" or "Stack", I have really cleaned up my diet and am seeing more definition and small size gains thanks to advice recieved here. But I'm not ever going to be a "Contest" ready individual so an AS cycle makes no sense to me at 45. I reallize that I am fighting declining test levels but so far this is not a problem and I also think that a longer period of Time with a serious routine may be the answer. So back to the post.
What should I add to the diet to get a little more size?

BCCA's most important with fish oil supps also. at 45 it wouldnt hurt to add some DHEA in the diet also since it is vary cost effective. wal-mart sells it 4 around 5$ to 9$ depending on its dosage in 25mg or 50mg. for example.

i agree with wildstang, if you arent going to add more clean low sodium low fat food in the diet, you have to have bcaa's to get all of your complete proteins.
and what do you mean you wont ever be in contest shape. you dont have to take aas to compete. All you have to do is get really lean so your muscle definition shows through, and try to get your symetry down. You could easily compete for another 10 years in the masters. A lot of those guys arent huge, just really really jacked , cut and dry.

Thanks for the pep talk and correction. I've mannaged to lean down to 192 at 5'10, leggs are a little thin from knee surgeries and a fear to train them hard. Waist up I think I look ok. Maybe it's the commitment i still lack. I'll work on my head as well. Thanks for the suggestions.

FOOD for size, but you asked about supps, so:
1. Protein
2. BCAAs
3. Fish oil
4. Glutamine
