Creatine Pill Question
OK so I went to GNC today and bought Creatine pills because they guy working there recommended it instead of the powder. The problem is I'm pretty bad a swallowing pills I don't know why. Can I cut them in half? Will that mess it up? Thanks.

GNC guy is cruel. Pills cost a lot more than powder, so he'll make more commission.
Return it, and go someplace else.
(but no, cutting them won't ruin them. but a good diet renders creatine supplements worthless)

Really? Well he said I cold return it after 10 days so I'll take a couple see how it goes and if not just get the powder. Thanks for the help.

Cutting the pills doesn't make a difference at all! But like the other guys said forget the pills and take them BACK. I'd go with Liquid creatine as it has worked great for me in the past. I've also done the powder as well but it is second to the liquid!!
Liquid you'll feel quicker and longer lasting effects vs powder or pills.... I think I'm just gonna stick with the pills. Even though I've only been taking them since Saturday I've been able to lift more so I think they're working. Its creatine 189 if that changes anything...

I could sell you a plastic bottle labeled "SUPER DUPER CREATINE" that contains nothing but sugar pills, and I'm pretty darn sure you'd lift better. It's you telling yourself that you're stronger...
Whatever you do, stay away from GNC. Their prices are TOO high and I really don't know if their workers are knowledgeable. If you have any questions, just ask them here.
