Whats a good Good Multivitamin?
Title says it all. I'm looking for a good multivitamin to take pill or powder or liquid. What do you take? What would you suggest?

NOW Adam is good. I used to use it but its a pain in the ass to get it where I live. Right now I'm using ON Opti-men.

a pro i trained with told me if i have to pay for my supp's just go to costco. he had me get the kirkland brand.

Has anyone used Collossal Labs Multi-Vitamin? I was thinking of trying it but am curuious about any feedback?
