ECA Stack Question
So I acquired all the products to do the ECA Stack, my question is about when is a good time to take it. Monday through Thursday I work from 8 to 6, and I work out typically around 830pm. I was wanting to take the stack before my work out, but it would surely interrupt me going to sleep at a decent hour. Is it pointless to take it at say 4pm when I won't work out for another four and a half hours? I'd rather not take it in the morning, I'll be going stir crazy at work if I do. Does anyone have a recommendation of when a good time to take it is?
